Trouble

Trouble It felt like seconds when the meteor hit 2 months ago, and life on earth, has died. We are trying to bring it back while living in the ruins of San Francisco, but the thing is that there is only 7 of us. There’s Michael, Daemon, Theodore, Courtney, Kaiti, Michelle, and me, Tom. We have been living in a destroyed apartment building since the meteor hit, and it hasn’t been well. Originally, there were 12 of us. There was an infection that came with the meteor, it turns humans into creatures that crawl on all floors and eats flesh. We call them, “Spyders.” We’ve been living in a confined space with limited resources and numbered ammunition. “We need more supplies!” yelled Michael. “I’m not going out there,” said Theodore, “we’ve lost our members because of those spyders.” “Quit being a wimp,” said Kaiti, “I’ll go with you Michael.” “We can’t lose you guys,” said Michelle, “it’s too dangerous, plus the sun is going down.” A sound of screams was heard out the door. “What was that?!” I said. “SPYDERS!!! WE NEED TO LEAVE!!” The seven of us jumped out the window and landed on the street. “Where’s Daemon?” cried Courtney. “He was in the building, he might not have made it.” Said Michael. “GOD, COME ON!! WE ARE LOOSING INNOCENT MEN!!” screamed Theodore. “It doesn’t matter now, we need to run!” The 6 of us ran through the streets of San Francisco only to move on to the other side. Michelle was over-run by the spyders, Daemon was lost from the crowd, Theodore ran into a dead end, Michael accidently tripped and was trampled. Courtney and I were on the golden gate bridge when we said our final words. “Courtney, we did it.” After that saying, we looked at the water, knowing we were going to take our final breaths.
