tatiana kapusciak- A walk through Chicago

I live across the street from Wentworth Park. My house is just three houses away from the street of the baseball fields. It is nice to be living by the park because you always have somewhere to go and have fun. I live right by Kennedy and Kinzie. It kind of gets loud at times because of all the students and bells ringing. About half an hour away there is a mall, where a lot of people go. It’s not as nice as other malls, but it works. I like to live here because there are a lot of places to hang out, such as; Valley Forge park, Wingstop, and Violets house. I like living close to my friends because then, I’m never alone. There are a lot of Walgreens stores around which is good because, if you run out of something, it’s right around the corner! Downtown looks nice, especially at night, because all the lights and boats and water. There are a lot of fun places to go like; The Water Tower mall, where you can buy ANYTHING, The Bean, for pictures, Millennium Parks Ice Rink, and much more! Chicago is just such a pretty city to live at because there are many attractions and the view is just amazing. As far as the weather, it is not bad, especially if you like all four seasons. Winter is about 4 months long from about the middle of November to the middle of March. During spring the warm-up begins and by June it is nice. For me, the best time of the year is from about the middle of May to about October 1st. Most of the days during this time are warm, although there are a few cool days and a few hot days during this period.
