The Atlantic Worrier


Many years ago in the sea of Atlantis lived a young boy named Atheis he was not a very brave

boy but he was the most kind and gentle person that you could ever come across, he lived with his mother Agatha and his father Zeus, Zeus was the most powerful worrier in the sea and he ruled everything and everyone and his wife Agatha also ruled with him and they were very well respected, but one thing that they could not understand is how did their son turn out the way that he did.

They tried everything that they could and it did not work they tried putting him in a cave with a fierce sea lion but young Atheis just would not fight the lion and they even tried to leave him I a sea field with a group of angry and scary creatures just to see what he would do, but again they were let down by the boys actions.

So one day they decided to sit down and have a talk with Atheis and find out why he would not fight when he was put in situations where he would have to fight just to survive and he kindly told them that simply because he knew that they were trying to see how he would handle himself in combat he would not give them the satisfaction that they were looking for and simply because he was not the fighting type that would jump and take fear on head to head in a battle, just to prove his strength.

After their little talk he left them and went back to doing what he had to do, his parents were so upset that they said that if he was not going to show them that he could fight on his own then they would make him fight and prove his strength to them. So they hired a guy named titos to kidnap them and leave a note saying that if he wanted to see them again then he would have to come to the end of the sea and fight him for the life of his parents in order for them to live, but they were not expecting Atheis to be listening to their conversation and that made him really mad and he said that night that if he saw some one trying to take his parents that he would not try to stop them, he would just let them get taken away and he would let them know that he heard their little talk and he was not going to prove himself to them and that they was just going to have to deal with it.

Mean while in the fairest part of Atlantis a man named Galen was also planning a kidnapping on Zeus and his wife he also was a powerful man in Atlantis but he did not have the respect that Zeus and his wife had and for that he envied them very much and he had planned his kidnapping the same day that Zeus and his friend had planned theirs.

The next day Atheis was just hanging out in the palace and he was still a little upset at what he heard the other day but he did not let it get to him like that but he still was going to follow the plan that he had set for if he got the letter from his parents fake kidnappers, so the whole day almost went past and it was night time and he had heard a loud scream from the other side of the palace and Atheis rushed over there to see what was going on and when he got there his parents were being kidnapped, he was going to do something about it and then he remembered that they had set that up and he did not even move.

He let them know that he know that they had set that up and he was not going to fall for their trick and then they yelled out that this was not a trick the guy that they had hired for the kidnapping did not make it and that this was a real kidnapping and his mother screamed out Atheis please help us. Without thinking he instantly started chasing after Galen and ordered him to let his parents go and just laughed and said “foolish child your crazy if you think that you can defeat me” and he just kept on moving with the boys parents with him.

Atheis chased Galen to the end of the sea and they were trapped and was left with no where to go and Atheis knew that the only way he was going to get his parents back was to fight Galen and so he did, when they began to fight thunder and lightning started to sound in the air and they were just going at it like they had been fighting for years Galen had got the best of Atheis for a minute and almost destroyed him if it wasn’t for the sound of his parents voice telling him that he could defeat Galen if he just concentrated and tried and that is what he did he closed his eyes and stood up and when he opened his eyes he had a red glow in them and he let out all of his fears and then let out a big green blast that killed Galen and freed his parents, and Atheis fell to the ground and was very weak due to the power that he used and his parents ran over to him and helped him and they were relived to see that he was still alive and ok just tired and they went home and his father apologized to him for what had happened and he promised him that it would never happen again and they went home and they lived forever with out any more worries and Atheis lived out the rest of his life without any more fears.
