On May 20th , 2008 R . Kelly went to court for the case of child pornography. The case lasted for about two hour. They watch the sex tape for about 12 minutes. One of the detective said that the girl on the tape is in another investigation. So the judge told the detective to leave the court room because he didn't suppose to say everything like that in court in another case. R . Kelly lawyer said that is not R . Kelly on the tape because the man on the tape have a mole on his back, and when they looked at R . Kelly back there not a mole on his back.. And R . Kelly lawyer said that the girl was a prostitute because she was getting paid So I think R .Kelly should be free because he don't have a mole on his back. So what do you think on the tape.
