The story The Jewel was a good story. I think that the story is realistic because there are a lot of women out here today that claim that they where fake jewelry just so that their husbands or boyfriends can’t find out that they are cheating on them. Also I think that this story is realistic because when you get that kind of money in front of you no matter where it came from or how somebody got it if they give it to you you’re going to take it. That’s why when her husband found out how much her jewelry was worth he couldn’t help but keep it because he was in that predicament where he needed to pay his bills and he needed the money. I think that if I was in that situation I would instantly take the money without a problem because I really need it and I don’t have any other choice. Another reason why I say people would take the money is because there is a lot of stuff in this world that people want and if somebody come up to you and hand you at least fifty thousand dollars and walk away the only question you should have is will I get killed for having this money and they say no, then I would go on a shopping spree and spend all that money in a week. Lastly I say that if you get a big wad of cash in your face you will take it because you wouldn’t even be thinking about where did it come from or how did you get it, all you know is that the money is yours now and don’t tell anyone else about it.
