the importance of the concept of the horizo represents dreams and each of janies husbands expanded her dreams in many different ways; the novels final sentences are significant because it shows that she accomplished her dreams. the horizon represents her dreams because in the begginningit says that men wait for their dreams to come to them, whereas women actually go out their and find their dreams. this is exactly what janie did. janies first husband, logan killicks, helped expand her dream because he was her 1st husband.
