My Transfer In

I used to live in Plainfield, IL then I moved to Chicago. My old school was called Plainfield North. At my old school I was well known and it was easy for me to be myself. And leaving the soccer team was hard because I grew close with them my freshmen year. Freshmen year I made the JV soccer team which was decent because it was a team above the freshmen team. Coming to Kennedy I was nervous because I didn't think I was going to click with people. I started after first semester finals and the first day couldn't come faster. My first day was nerve racking; meeting all new teachers was ok, but the work looked hard. I met a few people that day and one person I clicked instantly with was Hailee. She introduced me to so many people which helped because I made more friends that week. After about a week I started to get to know everyone. From my old school to here the only things that are different is the way the people act and the school work. In my old school people were really judgmental and they thought they were better than everyone because it's all rich people there. At Kennedy, the people are mutual and don't treat others differently. The school work at my old school was a lot easier than at Kennedy, but I feel like I'm learning so much more here. I'm happy I transferred because everything has been going good for me.
