In high school it doesn't really matter because they won't even last. High school relationship never last no matter what. But it is pretty messed up to date someone outside of high school. For example a 19 or 20 year old dating a little sophomore that isn't even right that's a whole case right there. Honestly age doesn't really matter until you hit 18. Once you hit 18 you can get a case.
