

I am not about to go into weight issues because you can be healthy yet hefty! So I just want to aware a couple of people that your health should be one of your main concerns. We should know that certain foods shouldn’t be in our systems. Also ever wonder why your “logs” was hard as a rock? For example, McDonald’s…wrong choice. Sorry, we all love it but it is not good for us at all. I mean who doesn’t like McDonalds but have you ever noticed the nutrition information on the side of you “Big Mac”? Over 500 calories is in that delicious burger you just consumed. That is not including the fires, drink, and if you in for desserts the pie or cookies. The food and drug administration also known as the FDA has shown that we should only consume 2500 calories a day. That meal alone is well about ¾ there. So in that case if you are watching your figure or getting into shape, why don’t you pick healthier choice sometimes? Yes McDonalds do sale unhealthy but they also have healthy choices. They sale parfaits which is fruit, yogurt, and I think nuts. I mean there are things you can eat that are fun and satisfying and not just bland like a plain salad. Nobody besides the vegetarians wants that. But maybe next time you are standing in line at McDonalds…Just think about it.
