KiD CuDi: The Man on the Moon

My first artist is KiD CuDi. He is the well known man on the moon through his influential mix tapes A KiD Named CuDi and Dat Kid From Cleveland. He also appeared on several Collaboration mix tapes with artists such as Chip Tha Ripper. KiD CuDi Born Scott Ramon Segring Mescudi first began rapping his senior year of high school. He found his niche in rapping after being inspired by such groups as The Pharcyde and A Tribe Called Quest. He managed to get his GED but once he reached Toledo University he lost interest and dropped out his freshman year and moved to Brooklyn, New York. Once he reached Brooklyn he worked at Bape where he worked on his very first Mix tape a KiD Named CuDi. After this mix tape was released on July 17, 2008 He caught the attention of Well known artist Kanye West who later that year signed him to his Music label G.O.O.D. Music.
