If you were a millionaire, what would you do to change society?

If I was a millionaire, I would help Chicago pay off their debt. Also, I'd donate money for the homeless to find places to live. For Chicago, I'd make sure that education is really paid for. I know it'd benefit society because I am doing my part into making things right. I might also offer jobs to young people who are felons or whatnot; people with a record deserve jobs, too despite whether they were innocent or not. Besides, if that was the case, no "gangbangers" would be roaming around the neighborhoods. Also, police brutality wouldn't be so apparent as it is now. I see this is what drives me to do something for myself and help others around me. In the end, it's a mutual benefit between the giver and the receiver.
