Well, I think it depends on scoring well on the ACT. I mean you can be or you cannot be smart. Many people who aren't smart actually score well on the ACT. As for good grades, people can cheat their way into getting good grades. All I know is that I'm very smart and I work hard to get my grades because it's what I plan to do or whatnot. Intelligence is based on what you know, how you're able to analyze situations or whatnot. It's how you apply what you have and being able to use that to anything. Like what people say, "A mind's a terrible thing to waste." Honestly, I'd say that this is totally true.
