Which one is stronger, words or actions?

I think that either words or actions really can't be compared because they both are strong. Words are just as strong as actions. They both can destroy something or someone mental and physicals state. Also they both can bring positive changes upon someone or something.For example: If a girl was to become critized because of her appearance she can become intimidated. But also if she was to get picked on she will also become intimidated. So in conclusion both words and actions are very strong substances.
