My name is Elanna Javea Lynette Smith. My God-Mother named me Elanna. It means light or shine. Javea came from my dad. only my dad, my uncles and my Aunt call me that. my other family call me J for short. the name Lynette came from my moms older sister who died in a very tragic death. i was names after her from my cousin, her son, in memories of her. i have my dads last name. my mom wasn't married to him but he was so excited about having me that he wanted me to have his last name. so my mom didn't name me at all. so she just call me Lanna. i wouldnt change my name because i think its unique and i like the fact my whole family named me. plus its not ghetto!
