Ode to 1st period

I love my first class
but there's only 10 that show up.
Only 20% are passing,
Many of them aren't making the cut.

Gio and Maria always show up,
Antonio is always late.
Marcellos likes to cuss,
ANd Dmiri's onsie looks great.

Rackim gives so much 'tude,
and Mark does real things.
Gordon looks lost in class,
And Louis is never rude.

FIrst period is pretty okay,
It's a nice start to my day.
