Somethiing About Wade



He’s black, tall, dark, and handsome, his name is Wade. Wade is the most talented basket ball player Harper High has ever had. He’s not only successful on the court, but is also successful in the classroom. Wade is the most popular student at Harper. He attacks the rim with his speed and amazing force.
He’s like Harpers own American hero. When a student needs help with any subject, they just call Wade to the rescue. They say no one person is perfect, but I think God made an acceptance. The guy is unpredictable. He falls and doesn’t get hurt, never got an F, and no one hates him. But even superman had a weakness.
Wade is not the type that would fight; he would want to talk about it. He has his whole life planned out for himself. Wade has had every college you could think of visit him, but with only one in mind. Wade has decided to go to Michigan State, the closest place to home. Now his only worry is what color to wear to prom.
Prom is next week and Wade has two dates, so he decides to take both. This was his only option; he doesn’t like to disappoint anyone. Reaching for the Stars is the prom theme; you could say Wade is already there. Wade decides to wear red to prom with a little help from his mom. For Wade this was only the beginning of a life time of joy and happiness.
