YOUNG LOVE
It was the summer of 2004 when Tia first moved on the Southside Of Chicago on 124th and lowe in her new apartment. Months went by and Tia had got settled in her apartment and I spent a couple of weeks with her. Tia had called Danielle to stay with me while she went to work. Danielle is Tia’s granddaughter she 18 years old Jaylen was 17 years old. Danielle is Jaylen’s niece. One day when Tia left for work Danielle and Jaylen went on the porch when three boys came out of the house next door. Jaylen and Danielle were laughing when they got the boys attention because on of the boys said” what’s so funny” not you Jaylen said not you. So then the came off the porch on to where Jaylen and Danielle were sitting. What’s so funny the boy saig again and the girl just continued to stare at the boy. Then he was e shorty he said to Jaylen “My name is Jaylen” that’s all I wanted to know my name is Chris and those are my two guys Ramone and Romello. Next thing the three boys were on the porch laughing with them. Weeks went by and Jaylen and Danielle got to know Chris and Ramone because Romello was not always around. One day when Jaylen was outside she seen Chris and this girl hugging up. Danielle was gone to see her mother so Jaylen called her and told her what she saw and she couldn’t wait till she saw her because Danielle and Chris was suppose to be talking. So when she came back she so cordiencely saw Chris and confronted him and he said that was nobody but a friend. Any ways she told him she didn’t want to talk to him no more. Two days later when Danielle was going to the store she saw Romello and he was like I heard and my boy is on bad terms and Danielle was like naw he tried to play me like I’m a goofy. Tell Jailed I said “what’s good’ man folks put in a good word for me”alright Danielle said and they both walked away When Danielle got back Tia was on the phone about to order some dinner and she ask Danielle what do she want she said a #1 and Jaylen yelled from the room a #3 they sat on the porch to wait for the food to arrive when the saw Romello comining up the street. Romello came up and was like did you that for me and Danielle was like yeah . Danielle had told Jaylen thatRomello wanted to talk to her which she already knew that so one day Jaylen and Romello started kicking it. A couple of months passed and it was time to return back to school and every chance that they got they spent time together. Romello and Jaylen would go out ocassioionly. While Ramone was spending his time with Jaylen he would sometimes skip basketball. And his friend would tease him they would say things like he’s in love already. It got dark and Jaylen and Ramone was walking down the street when four girls walked by and was stearing at them all the time it was Ramone’s ex girlfriend ‘Kayla”. Kayla was a girl who always known for fighting. So one day while Danielle and Jaylen was at the park watching the boys playing basketball when Kayla came in and started playing with this one boy and then she started playing with Ramone now Jaylen didn’t like that at all. Stop playing Kalya, Ramone said but she proceeded. “Now you act like you don’t know anybody just cause your girl up here”. When the game was over Kayla came up to Jaylen and said you the one that go with Ramone, Jaylen replied yes and she was like I thought you went with him well let me tell you all he gone do is have females around him all day don’t think you the only one. Is that right that’s what happen to ya’ll? Something like that what happen between us was that I caught him with a another girl in his house and he told me that was his friend from his old neighborhood all I’m saying is just have your eyes open girl that’s all. So Jaylen had caught up with Ramone and he was like what was that about. You she said me what did she say. Nothing accept they you were going to cheat on me basically. Aw she just mad because I caught her up in a lie. What did she lie about? She told me that she was pregnant but she wasn’t months went by and she was still the same size. And then she told that she wasn’t pregnant I thought predicted that. Don’t pay her no attention to her she just can’t see a brotha happy. As long as we have trust nothing can tear us apart because I have a good feeling about this. And that’s exactly what happen three years went by and Jaylen and Ramone are still standing strong despite all the ups and downs even with the Kayla drama. It turned out that she was trying to tear them apart. I guess she can’t because they got that “YOUNG LOVE”.
