The object I would pick is a heart. Because I am very kind-hearted, I am caring, and just as a heart, when people are feeling down I try my best to keep you up and pumping. I try to always speak positive influence to people. Many have come to me for advice or prayer. I say my glow/light never fades away. These are the reason a heart would BEST represent who I am.
