The Mysterious Guy,"XO".

Once upon a time in New York, their was achild abandoned in the science laboratory. After he was found, NYPD also found out that his mother and father dead. So after they did their background knowledge of him, they ran multiple tests on him to see if anything had happened to him while he was abandoned on the science laboratory. When they ran their test on him blood vessels were shaped like X's and O's, which they later called him.
Years later still in New York roaming the streets with his bestfriend Joker who he had met at an early age because they were both abandoned children in the same group home. Then as they grew older they became very close friends, Xo had Joker's back and Joker had Xo's back. One day Joker was caught up in cross fire with the police because he tried to capture and torture the United States president. Being the mysterious Joker he was, he tried every trick he could but he just could not shake the police off. Xo was always into the t.v watching the news he watched every news channel in New York, so as he watched one that showed how Joker was in trouble which triggered Xo to get up and take action. He teleported to the scene of the action of and with his thoughts he created a Tsunami drowning and wiping out all the police there.
Xo and Joker did many things together such as robbing banks( Jokers idea, but Xo still participated because he's a rider), crashing impotant events, and other things of that nature. The team also did positive things to help the world like save the innocent people from criminals or whatever problems they believed they had to take care of. Together they were unpredictable, they were not always together they did things independently.
Joker always had a grudge against Batman, the reason being was because most of the time Joker did his independent crimes Batman was there to try and stop him messing up his plans. One day while Joker was planning ofdoing one of his independent crimes Batman came in mind which made him crave revenge. He planned to plant bombs on the MTA trains threating to kill hundreds of people unless Batman show his face!
Minutes later Batman shows up to the train station trying to save the day. The battle went on for nearly a hour but Batman got the best of Joker leaving him dead. As the news read 3 days straight "the mysterious Joker lies to rest defeated by our hero Batman." Xo was thrilled by the news and immediately teleported, and flew around New Jersey in search of Batman. But he could not find Batman so he grew very impatient, and angry because he wanted to finish him off as bad as Batman finished Joker off. Xo 's rage made him blank out and burn the whole entire east coast with hot lava. Then got back to his right state of mind realizing he was burning all those innocent people. He tried to put the hot lava out by creating a very large Tsunami wave the largest ever in Tsunami history. But that one didn't work so he created many more not realizing he was flooding and drowning the rest of the world. No one lefted in the world Xo just left and went outter space.
