I would make it easier to get your grade up and I would also change the phone polocy like it would be okay for students to use their phone in their hallways and in the lunchroom and you wont get it taken away but classroom then yeah they should pay attention and put their phone away.I would also make another teacher open up another classroom for kids who need to retake because there is only one and it gets really crowded and some cannot get their test in and have a chance of failing or not getting their points in.
