You shouldn't be on your phone while your driving.It can cause car accidents.You shouldn't do it because your in your car to drive not to talk and text on the phone especially on Halloween people get into car accidents because of their phones.  People should be aware of their surroundings because there can be someone that runs out into the middle of the street. This is a bigger problem for teens because they are just getting used to driving , and aren't always aware on whats around them.
