Growing up as a teen in chicago is very difficult. It is difficult, because you have to go threw things like peer pressure on sex for females, drug abuse and gang violence. Its hard trying to be yourself, because you have friends that want you, to do the things they do. For most teens they have been pressured into gangs, and for female teens they have been pressures into sex.Teens always try to be like rapstars which leads into gangs, and pregnant females teens. Female teens have it harder than male teens, beacuse males pressure them into sex. Males have it hard to, beacuse they have friends that want them to join gangs, and not go to school. I believe the reason why most tens doesnt go to school is, because they have friends that want them t hang out on the street corner with them. Most teens that are in jail is, because their friends that wanted them to do something that didnt want to do like robbery. Its a lot of things that you have to go threw growing up as a teen.
