Noe Gil's perspective on janie's life

The horizon is Janie’s goal and it widens as she notices that she gets held back by men, but she notices that she has taken the wrong track to her horizon as she “dies.” For example, in the beginning of the book it states that there were ships in the horizon that carry wishes, but some people get them as the ships reach the shore. The horizon widens as she gets held back by men because men don’t help her but put more ships in her horizon. In the last paragraph, it talks about how she brought up all her feelings and thoughts to figure out what she did wrong. As she did so, “she called out her soul to come and see.” In order for her to die peacefully, she wanted to acknowledge what she did wrong that she couldn’t reach her horizon.

Baseball and me

The subject that best represents me is a baseball. The baseball represents me because at times I can do things fast, slow, or I might just skip it. what I mean by skipping is that when a pitcher throws a curveball that curveball represents how I skip things by goin in an alternative way. the fastball represents how I do things in a very fast way. a change up can represent how slow i can do things.

2009 School year

This year, school seems to be boring in a way. in the other hand, there are classes that are exciting such as Gym! This year Gym is fun because Ms. ortiz is very strict and to me that means she cares...no i'm kidding i like Gym because ms. ortiz reminds me of an old teacher i had. The teacher taught ROTC and to me ROTC was so much fun because it keeps you moving and gets you in shape. also ROTC takes you to a higher level of consiousness. what i mean is that after you take ROTC your mind is turn to a mind of steel because ROTC involves taking your body and goin to your limits, once you met your limits you have to work harder to surpass that. The feeling you get from that us extraordinary and i would recommend ROTC for those who are weak minded.
