worst punishment

my worst punishment that I ever had was when I was 14 and I got in trouble for sneaking out the house and I had got caught. I was sneaking out because I didnt want to say in the house and all my friends was still outside.The reason that i got on punishment was because I didnt want to listen to my daddy and they put me on puniment for like a month. It wasnt no regular punishment I had to sit in the house with no t.v no phone no radio I couldnt look out the window i could even step on the back porch to me thats the worst punisment that I ever had

He was never in danger
