Yes I do think the Plan B pill should be available with a presciription to teens 16 and older, than to just 18 yrs. olds because teens are starting have sex before the age of 18 and older. Some teens don't want to get pregnant and maybe their boyfriends don't use condoms and the Plan B pill could be very helpful for them.
