Harper is an average school, it is an very old building.The building dates back to when racism was a big issue.Our school have out dated books,few band instruments,swimming pool with no water,and no air conditioning,I feel that our school need to be remodeled, maybe even relocated.I must say their are some good things abot our school, we do have some nice teachers, and some students that want to learn and go to college.These students are over shadowed by those who are disrespectful,class clowns,and disruptive.The behavior of our students give or school and community a bad name.
