Well, Harper is not bad as people say it is. Harper just got alot of stupid people. They want to gang bang in school. That's why it be so many fights. But most of the teachers I know is cool. If you look at this school from the outside, you would say it's clean and think nothings wrong with it, but it is not so clean. The reason why people think Harper is so badis because of the area it's located in.
