Last year our poetry slam was so much better then theirs because we had respect for everybody that was there. This poetry slam was crazy because nobody really like the sophmore cause some of them have to much mouth and they don't know how to control themself with other people. But Mr.Winfrey always put a good poetry slam together but it's half was the students in the poetry slam was acting crazy.

today was a prettty good day for me.I just found out that the drumline,dancers,flags,and twirlers are going to perform for half time at the bulls game and i cant wait until we do. I know that we will do very raw cause i know we the best not in the city but the world mr winfrey in the world.Other than that i had a pretty nice day but that was the best news i've had all day. In the end we will be know for the best band in the whole wide world i hope we can travel too.

Well my birthday weekend was so exciting. Friday,Saturday, and Sunday.Friday i kick'it with my parents and my cousin's from out of town. I want to talk about my weekend it was so amazing. On friday i went to the studio with my friend maurice just to hear him rap. He has his own record label and he is planning a tour with friends. While all of us was at the studio my friend maurice broke the microphone and none of us don't even know how he did that. Saturday all i did was go to choir rehearsal and rehearsal for our christmas play that is going to take place on christmas eve. Later that day me and my boyfriend paris went out to the movies and out to eat. After all of that went to my house stayed up for awhile and went to sleep. Yesterday my church had a annual gospel skate in Lynwood, ILL. But what i didn't know is that we were skating where bow wow film roll bounce. But i didn't really care because i don't like bow wow. My weekend was good.

No i really don't believe in the death penlty. Because If you give someone the death penlty, all you are going to do is kill them. Thats just like saying people can't kill each other, only how you can kill someone is if they were given the death penlty. It is also saying the jail system are the only people that has the right to kill. If a person does a crime and go jail and is given the death penlty they are not really suffering for what they have done. Now if you give a person life in jail, they will die anyways (without you killing them) they will soon die on their own. This give them a lot of time to think about what they have done or what they could have done differently.

My favorite thing to do is dance. I love all sorts of dancing. The reason i love dancing so much is because it's something you do to express feelings, show creativety, and have fun. You don't always have to be great at dancing to have fun doing it. If you are not a good dancer, there's always pratice; you could be the worst dancer and with pratice in time could be the best. I don't think there is a day that goes by when i don't dance.

On mentoring day i had a good time. The group i was in, we laugh, play around and joked. We play alot of fun games. I got to know new people and how they felt about different things. Ms.Abbas also give us a talk about how younger girls are having sex and having babies. Then we ate Thanksgiving dinner and went home.

At first it sucked because I was in a class with a whole lot of girls bit ok. After lunch I actually had fun. I thought it was gonna be boring because I had Mr. Winfrey as the teacher but it wasn't half bad , it wasn't bad at all. I really had fun on mentoring day. I thought it was great to have a day without work, work, work! I also thought mentoring day was a lot better than last year. I believe that mentoring day is a great experience, something that which everyone should be involved in. Mentoring day is a series of activities, where all of the FACETS students are given an opportunity to interact with one another, which is pretty cool. What I like about mentoring day is that, so far, we have not gotten negative behavior on mentoring day. My favorite mentoring day memory is from my sophomore year, because that was my first experience and a great experience at that.

I did today first, I came to school on time (first time in my life)
and I never , never, came to school on time or early. So I went

There are many things that I wouldn't do for one million dollars. Here's a list of the things I wouldn't do and why?

1) Have sex with someone I dislike - It's just not gonna happen, folks.

2) Cause serious/critical damage to myself - If I need to explain why this is, you're slow.

3) Drop out of school for 100 million dollars - I'd rather be smart and have money than be
dumb and have money.

4) Exploit someone to the public - I want my privacy, and I respect those who want theirs.

5) Kill someone - You can't place a price on a life.

I do think it would be cool to have an identical twin. I would love to have two of me, my life would probably be different. I think there are benefits to having a twin and there are consequences. You could get away with alot of things and if you ever got in trouble just blame it on the other, no one will ever know the difference.
