This summer I went to Mexico for a whole month. I got sick out there after like the first week. One night my stomach started hurting, I went to sleep and woke up with it still hurting. About an hour after I woke up, I threw up. I felt bad because my grandma had to clean it. After that I went to the doctors and got a shot in my butt. This was the second time they did that to me, because I went to Mexico when I was younger and also had gotten sick out there. I shouldn’t have eaten out. Whatever we ate upset my brother’s, aunt’s, and grandma’s stomach too. After that I was scared to eat any other food than what my grandma cooked.

If I had an unlimited plane ticket for a month I would got to mexico for two weeks to visit my family that I have out there. I would go to Puerto Rico for the third week because I’m puerto rican,I’ve always wanted to go there, and I have family there too. For the last week, I would go to Canada because the Drake OVO store is there.

I think dark young adult fiction is beneficial for readers because if we relate to what’s happening in the story then it gives us the feeling of not being alone. Even if we can’t relate to what’s going on in the book then it opens our eyes up to the world around us. Dark stories show us that these things are real and they do occur. It’s reality and we shouldn’t avoid it, like a lot of other people do.

If I could bottle up a memory and open it whenever I’d like it would be when I would go over to my grandparents. In the summer, most of the time, we’d have a cookout and my cousins and I would play in the backyard. Now my grandma lives in Mexico and my grandpa past away. I would go back to those days because my family was together, my grandpa was still alive, and I had nothing to worry about. I would probably open up this bottled up memory once a month. The reason why I would only open it up once a month is because It would be happy to see, but yet so heartbreaking and emotional.

Do you look more like your mom or dad?

I look like my mom because we are both really white and i am not skinny like my dad.My dad is dark and he has hazel eyes.I dont have dark skin nor do i have hazel eyes.My brother looks more like my dad and i look more like my mom.

What tattoo would you want and do you like tattoos?

Yes, i do like tattoos because you can really get to know someone just based on their tattoos.For example,if someone has a tattoo of a cross, it can give you kind of an idea of what their religion is.Or if someone had a flower you know that they like flowers.A Lot of tattoos are from past experiences and it has meaning to them.I would want to get a paragraph of a bible verse on my arm.

What painting do you like the most?

I really do like the 3rd painting because it looks really pretty and very calm.It looks like its at paris or somewhere in italy and id like to visit those places.Theres not very many people in the painting which is good because i dont like when places are crowded and its looks like its in the afternoon like at 6 or 7 and it looks very pretty.

Favorite class?

My favorite class is Spanish because i already know the language so its very easy for me .I have honor classes but i don't like my spanish class because i dont have any friends in that class.

Dogs or cats?

I prefer dogs over cats.Dogs are more hyper and fun to play with.dogs are more obediant and cats are more calm and not fun to paly with.

I would get a tattoo on my arm of my favorite girl band,Cimorelli. They have changed my life so much and are the only people that understand what people go through. I will never get a tattoo because I don’t really like the way it looks,especially the ones that have them all over. I only like it if you have a picture of someone’s face. My sister wants to get a tattoo and my cousin has a matching one with her friend on her foot. She doesn’t have them all over. I want a picture of them and the name “Cimorelli” under it. They inspire me to keep going and move. I’m still here because of them and my family. When people ask if they can see my tattoo,I’ll be more than happy to show them. It can be a memory with them so I’ll remember them forever. Hopefully,if I were to meet them again,I could show them it. I already met them and couldn’t be happier.

     The last time I felt let down or disappointed was when my cousin who lives in Mexico told me she was coming to my party. She never ended up coming. I tried calling her and texting her but she never answered or told me why she didn’t come. I haven’t talked to her since.

     I wish I was six again so that I could have no responsibilities or worry about what people are thinking. I could play the entire day instead of doing this around the house like cleaning. I wouldn’t have to worry about driving my brothers too practice all the time.

   If I were to get a tattoo right now I would. I would only regret a tattoo if it was something really dumb. If i regretted it I would try to cover it up but if i couldn’t I guess I would just have to leave it there.

   Yes I have been treated differently because I am Mexican. I was in line at a store with my mom  and this white lady told us we need to get to the back of the line even though we didn’t cut or anything. My mom said something to her and when my mom turned around the white lady said “ these stupid mexicans need to leave. “ I hate people that are so rude and have the ability to say that loud enough so that person can hear.

   I look more like my mom. I do not look anything like my dad. My dad has green eyes and very pale skin with light brown hair. My mom has dark skin with dark brown hair and brown eyes. I have my dad’s personality and sense of humor.

I deserve a day off a school because sometimes school can be way too overwhelming and stressful.

Something that comforts me would be food and my room. My room because if I am in there I could do whatever and no one will come in my room and bother me. Food because I just like to eat.

I prefer dogs because they actually listen and you could teach them and they're also not as dirty as cats. Cats are very dirty , don’t know how to listen and they’re lazy.
